Siva Sai established RoamOverIP in 2007. Prior to this he set up
ProcessAxis and architected and led the implementation of many
complex systems for customers such as Esplanade and the
Singapore Welfare Police.
Siva has been the Assistant Director of Technology with Stratech
Systems, a public listed company in Singapore, where he spearheaded
technology R&D and was directly involved with the design
and roll out of several cutting edge products in Computer Vision,
Intelligent Transport and Homeland Security Products. He has been
the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer of Tagit, a
Singapore-based mobile company, where he championed product
development and liaised with government agencies for defining open standards. Across various engagements in the past, he has had
experience developing e-learning products for K12 schools in the USA
and Singapore Armed Forces.
Siva is qualified in technology processes such as CMMI and had led a
public listed company in being assessed at CMMI Level 3. He also
conducts trainings and seminars related to CMMI and Systems
Architecture Design. He has patents approved for his inventions
related to Information and Communication Technology.

Herman Elferink is tasked with building a Mobile Virtual Network
Operation (MVNO) and OEM the RoIP mobile data technology.
Herman has enjoyed success in direct and channel sales roles with
several innovative companies,
by increasing revenue, margin and
growth across the Asia Pacific region. He has created and
launched
profitable services for several service providers including Telstra,
Optus in Sydney and KPN in Europe.
For over ten years he has
launched and expanded technology solution sales initiatives across
South Asia, Korea, Japan,
ASEAN and Australia-New Zealand.
In the
ANZ region he has contributed to multiple successful projects for
several vendors at Optus, Telstra, PowerTel, Vodafone Aus, TCC in
Tonga and VF NZ. He has organized quarterly business reviews to
improve channel velocity with partners including Accenture, EDS,
EMC, HP, Huawei, Logica, Motorola, Oracle, PWC, Sun Microsystems
and Sybase.

Chris Voon leads the development of software applications.
In over 7 years of a professional career, Chris has been a developer
and
an analyst with Accenture, worked on projects for Stratech
Systems,
AXA, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, Biopolis
Scientific Facilities and Total Environment (India). He has been an
Academic Associate (Computing and Mathematical Methods)
at the Republic Polytechnic, Singapore.
Chris’ accolades include being in the Mensa Top 1 percentile, being
the Mensa NTU President,
the First Runner-up National Physics
Competition and an Olympiad Mathematics Honorable Mention.

Arcot Desai Narasimhalu has over 35 years of technology and business
innovation experience.
He has developed several technologies
that have been commercialized. Desai has ideation, IP Management,
Business Strategy, Business Development, contract management,
license management and corporate
communication experience. He
also has experience in developing technology
valuation models. He is a sought after speaker for his expertise
on Innovation and Entrepreneurship
and is a member of the International Society for Professional Innovation Management.
Desai is presently a Practice Professor of Information System and is
concurrently the
Director of the Institute of Innovation and
Entrepreneurship at Singapore Management
University. He helps
SMU run the SMU Business Innovations Generator, an incubator and

Jam’s Athena Innobator that bring together students and staff from
La Salle, Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts,
Nanyang Polytechnic,
Singapore Management University and Singapore Polytechnic.
Desai is an active investor in very early stage technology based start
ups. He has been
a business advisor to several companies. Some of
the companies that he is presently advising are Tagit Pte limited, Fly
Free For Health, Hiperware, Tyler Projects and IdentityHub.
